（中央社里約熱內盧18日綜合外電報導）吉爾吉斯的里約奧運舉重銅牌得主阿提柯夫（Izzat Artykov）今天藥檢出現老鼠藥番木(敝黽)素（strychnine）的成分，銅牌被沒收。

路透社報導，體育仲裁法庭（Court of Arbitration forSport）指出，阿提柯夫成為本屆奧運被檢出含禁用物質成分的首位奪牌選手。

番木(敝黽)素是1種毒性強的生物鹼，本來是製造用來殺害囓齒動物農藥的原料，攝取後會導致肌肉抽搐、窒息而死。

但過去認為微量番木(敝黽)素造成的肌肉抽搐有好處，19世紀末、20世紀初還會用小劑量番木(敝黽)素來增強運動表現和娛樂刺激。

歷史學家說，1904年美國密蘇里州聖路易市（St.Louis）奧運馬拉松金牌得主希克斯（ThomasHicks），靠教練在比賽中提供數劑番木(敝黽)素、蛋白和白蘭地奪牌。這是現代奧運史上首宗用藥紀錄事件。

據報在環法自由車賽（Tour de France）早期，選手曾廣泛使用番木(敝黽)素。世界反禁藥組織（WorldAnti-Doping Agency）禁用物質名單將它定義為1種興奮劑。（譯者：中央社何宏儒）1050819
